Yes I like the strong-hipped ponygirls, and I think the heavy wagon is a great conditioning tool to help this one develop her glutes and quads! Much more fun than some kind of weightlifting machine.
The special bit looks great. The pony's attitude seems improved from the previous pic but she still needs to learn to keep eyes front! The trainer looks happy to correct her.
Your body harness is very sexy, I can just try to imagine how the thin tight straps must pinch and torment her as she twists and moves.
